INGREDIENTS
- 150 g of sugar
- 25 ml milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 250 g mascarpone
- 3 ml Amaretto
- 4 ml of coffee strong enough
- 5 biscuits
DIRECTION
- Whisk the mascarpone to soften. Book.
- Whisk yolks "eggs with sugar until it slightly pale.
- Add milk, coffee, amaretto and biscuits powder.
- Put in saucepan over low heat and stir until mixture thickens it should coat the spoon.
- Once the mixture is thickened, pour it over the mascarpone and mix until it is smooth.
- Let cool overnight in the refrigerator.
- Put in churn.
