TIRAMASU ICE CREAM RECIPE



INGREDIENTS
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 25 ml milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 ml Amaretto
  • 4 ml of coffee strong enough
  • 5 biscuits


DIRECTION
  • Whisk the mascarpone to soften. Book.
  • Whisk yolks "eggs with sugar until it slightly pale.
  • Add milk, coffee, amaretto and biscuits powder.
  • Put in saucepan over low heat and stir until mixture thickens it should coat the spoon.
  • Once the mixture is thickened, pour it over the mascarpone and mix until it is smooth.
  • Let cool overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Put in churn.
