INGREDIENTS
- ½ l liter milk
- 10 gm of cream
- 150 gm of strawberry Tagada
- 20 gm sugar
- 4 egg yolks
HOW TO MAKE
- In a saucepan, heat milk and cream without boiling.
- Coarsely chop the strawberries and pour the mixture into the milk / cream hot.
- Let melt, stirring occasionally for speed up the melting of strawberries.
- In a bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar.
