STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM TAGADA


                                                 
The fresh, delicate flavor of strawberry delicious in sorbets, ice-cream, fruit salad, cocktails and muffins is here for you in our recipes. Coconut ice is a classic sweet made for cake stalls, school fundraisers and fetes. This coconut ice recipe is easy to make, very pink and delicious to eat!

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ l liter milk
  • 10 gm of cream
  • 150 gm of strawberry Tagada
  • 20 gm sugar
  • 4 egg yolks


HOW TO MAKE
  • In a saucepan, heat milk and cream without boiling.
  • Coarsely chop the strawberries and pour the mixture into the milk / cream hot.
  • Let melt, stirring occasionally for speed up the melting of strawberries.
  • In a bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar.
  • Combine the two mixtures and mix if there are still pieces of candy.
  • Return to saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the mixture thickens slightly it should coat the spoon.
  • Let stand overnight and year refrigerator maker.
