STRAWBERRY ICE-MELBA

                                                                                


 

 INGREDIENTS 
(SERVE 6) 
  • 1 liter of vanilla ice cream
  • 500g fresh strawberries
  • 200ml strawberry coulis
  • 20cl liquid cream
  • 40g caster sugar
  • Soup 2 tablespoons sliced ​​almonds (optional)


 
HOW TO MAKE

  • Previously reserved in a bowl in the freezer to make it fresh, using an electric mixer, cream the climb in a whipped stiff with powdered sugar.
  •  Clean strawberries under cold water then hull them and cut them in half lengthwise. 
  • In six individual fruit bowls, pour a little strawberry sauce at the bottom and add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, divide the strawberries cut in half and then drop a little whipped cream.  
  • Finish with the remaining strawberry sauce.Garnish with slivered almonds
  • Enjoy fresh.
