INGREDIENTS
(SERVE 6)
- 1 liter of vanilla ice cream
- 500g fresh strawberries
- 200ml strawberry coulis
- 20cl liquid cream
- 40g caster sugar
- Soup 2 tablespoons sliced almonds (optional)
HOW TO MAKE
- Previously reserved in a bowl in the freezer to make it fresh, using an electric mixer, cream the climb in a whipped stiff with powdered sugar.
- Clean strawberries under cold water then hull them and cut them in half lengthwise.
- In six individual fruit bowls, pour a little strawberry sauce at the bottom and add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, divide the strawberries cut in half and then drop a little whipped cream.
- Finish with the remaining strawberry sauce.Garnish with slivered almonds.
- Enjoy fresh.
