ICE PHILADELPHIA MILK

INGREDIENTS

• 1 tray of Philadelphia milk
• 20ml liquid cream
• 20ml of milk
• 50g dark chocolate

HOW TO MAKE

• The Philadelphia mix, cream and milk.
• If everything was in the fridge before pouring it directly into the ice cream maker if not passing the mixture in the fridge before.
• Melt the chocolate.
• When the ice is almost ready pour chocolate ice cream maker in the mesh.
• And hop towards the freezer
• The chocolate will become crunchy in the ice and add the texture.
