CINNAMON ICE CREAM


                                                                               

 It's tough to find cinnamon ice cream in stores, but thanks to this super-simple recipe, you don't need an ice cream maker to serve this fantastic flavor. Proportions are given for a single serving, but you can easily adjust the spice for larger quantities of ice cream.


INGREDIENTS
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 90g sugar
  • a packet of vanilla sugar
  • 25ml of milk
  • 20ml liquid cream
  • 7g cinnamon


HOW TO MAKE
  • In a bowl, combine sugars, cinnamon and egg yolks.
  • Whisk until the mixture whitens slightly.
  • Add milk and cream. Mix.
  • Pour into a saucepan and place over low heat to thicken, stirring constantly.
  • The mixture should coat the spoon.
  • Make cool completely and churn make.
