YOU CAN MAKE THIS ICE CREAM WITHOUT ICE CREAM MAKER
 

INGREDIENTS

• 500 g strawberries 
• 250 g of caster sugar 
• 250 ml double cream
•  1 lemon

 
HOW TO MAKE

• Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut them in half. 
• Squeeze the lemon juice. 
• In the bowl of a blender, place strawberries, powdered sugar, cream and lemon juice. 
• Blend for 2-3 minutes until mixture is very smooth.
