BANANA COCONUT AND CHOCOLATE CHIP ICECREAM





INGREDIENTS
  • 3 small bananas
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 50g of grated coconut
  • 250ml single cream
  • 50g of dark chocolate chips
  • 50g sugar 

 
HOW TO MAKE
  • Mix the bananas with the lemon juice grated coconut and sugar.
  • Whip the cream well chilled with whipped cream and fold into the mashed bananas.
  • Add in chocolate chips last and put in ice cream maker.
  • Place in one or more small containers and put a freezer overnight.
  • So if you do not have sorbet, put the tray in the freezer and ice when the ice begins to set, you can stir or scrape the top with a fork to break the crystals and return to refrigerator.
  • Repeat this several times operation to obtain a smooth cream well.
  • Serve mini-scoops of ice cream in mini cups made ​​of pastry and baked in small molds.
