INGREDIENTS
- 3 small bananas
- juice of 1 lemon
- 50g of grated coconut
- 250ml single cream
- 50g of dark chocolate chips
- 50g sugar
HOW TO MAKE
- Mix the bananas with the lemon juice grated coconut and sugar.
- Whip the cream well chilled with whipped cream and fold into the mashed bananas.
- Add in chocolate chips last and put in ice cream maker.
- Place in one or more small containers and put a freezer overnight.
- So if you do not have sorbet, put the tray in the freezer and ice when the ice begins to set, you can stir or scrape the top with a fork to break the crystals and return to refrigerator.
- Repeat this several times operation to obtain a smooth cream well.
- Serve mini-scoops of ice cream in mini cups made of pastry and baked in small molds.
