INGREDIENTS
- 300 gm of frozen red fruit cocktail
- 125 gm raspberries
- 250 gm strawberries
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 1 tablespoon of cream of blackberries
- 1/2 liter of ice caissons
DIRECTION
- Put the frozen berries in a bowl, sprinkle them with cream and let them thaw at room temperature.
- Wash the strawberries quickly, drain, hull them and slice them into thick strips.
- Mix fruit with thawed strawberries and raspberries.
- Form balls of ice caissons and drop them into 6 dessert cups.
- Divide the fruit mixture around and serve immediately.
