ICECREAM HAZELNUT AND COCOA BEANS


                                                


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 sachet of vanilla ice cream protein fragments hazelnuts
  • 5g cocoa beans raw
  • 75ml water
  • 10 drops of aroma praline

HOW TO MAKE
  • Mix the cocoa beans and mix with the sachet protein.
  • Pour 75ml of water with flavoring and mix well with a spoon magic until a homogeneous direction.
  • Pour into a small heart silicone mold and freeze for 4 hours.
  • Remove the ice from the freezer 10 minutes before consumption.
  • This high protein ice with hazelnut and cocoa beans is both creamy and crunchy .
  • Here is a delicious and very good ice "crunchy" for only 185 calories
