Ice Mocha is perhaps the most sophisticated Japanese vocabulary building tool extant in the world.This is a very simple way to make an iced mocha with a traditional coffee pot as opposed to an espresso machine.
INGREDIENTS
SERVE 2
- 1 espresso (about 8 cl of strong coffee)
- 250 g of cream
- 120 g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 15 g of cocoa
HOW TO MAKE
- In a bowl, place sugar, cocoa and pour the espresso over.
- Add the yolks and whisk vigorously until mixture is homogeneous and fluffy.
- Beat in whipped cream and gently fold in the previous preparation.
- Mix gently and place in your turbine!
