ICE MOCHA

                                                                               
Ice Mocha is perhaps the most sophisticated Japanese vocabulary building tool extant in the world.This is a very simple way to make an iced mocha with a traditional coffee pot as opposed to an espresso machine.



INGREDIENTS
SERVE 2



  • 1 espresso (about 8 cl of strong coffee)
  • 250 g of cream
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 15 g of cocoa


HOW TO MAKE



  • In a bowl, place sugar, cocoa and pour the espresso over
  • Add the yolks and whisk vigorously until mixture is homogeneous and fluffy.
  • Beat in whipped cream and gently fold in the previous preparation.  
  • Mix gently and place in your turbine!
