INGREDIENTS
- 2 large ripe melons and very sweet (about 700 g each, weighed integers)
- 50 g sugar
- 25 ml milk
- 15 g of cream
- 1 lemon
DIRECTION
- Start with seeds and peel melons.
- Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- Add lemon juice and full of milk.
- Mix until a perfectly smooth preparation.
- Add sugar and cream. Homogenize.
- Book a night in the refrigerator and churn.
