MELON ICE RECIPE




INGREDIENTS
  • 2 large ripe melons and very sweet (about 700 g each, weighed integers)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 25 ml milk
  • 15 g of cream
  • 1 lemon


DIRECTION
  • Start with seeds and peel melons.
  • Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  • Add lemon juice and full of milk.
  • Mix until a perfectly smooth preparation.
  • Add sugar and cream. Homogenize.
  • Book a night in the refrigerator and churn.
