DARK CHOCOLATE SORBET


                                                  
An ice cream maker is needed for this delicious sorbet. This is a very grown up dessert! It's deliciously rich, seriously chocolaty and very easy to make. What more do you want?! Timings do not include chill time.

INGREDIENTS
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 50 ounces of water
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 80 g unsweetened cocoa

 
HOW TO MAKE
  • Grate the chocolate.
  • Boil water and sugar.
  • Remove from heat, add cocoa and chocolate.
  • Switch to Chinese.
  • Let cool before preparing to put in the ice cream maker.
