An
ice cream maker is needed for this delicious sorbet. This is a very grown up
dessert! It's deliciously rich, seriously chocolaty and very easy to make. What
more do you want?! Timings do not include chill time.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 50 ounces of water
- 100 g of sugar
- 80 g unsweetened cocoa
- Grate the chocolate.
- Boil water and sugar.
- Remove from heat, add cocoa and chocolate.
- Switch to Chinese.
- Let cool before preparing to put in the ice cream maker.
