INGREDIENTS
- 700 ml of ice
- 150g pralines
- 25 ml milk
- 25ml liquid cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 70g sugar
HOW
TO MAKE
- Melt pralines in large saucepan.
- Beat sugar and yellow for 3 min
- Pour milk and cream on pralines, boil.
- Pour over the yolks, stirring.
- Return to saucepan and cook over low heat, the mixture should never boil.
- Cool.
