PRALINE ICE CREAM





INGREDIENTS
  • 700 ml of ice
  • 150g pralines
  • 25 ml milk
  • 25ml liquid cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 70g sugar


HOW TO MAKE
  • Melt pralines in large saucepan.
  • Beat sugar and yellow for 3 min
  • Pour milk and cream on pralines, boil.
  • Pour over the yolks, stirring.
  • Return to saucepan and cook over low heat, the mixture should never boil.
  • Cool.
