MINT ICE CREAM AND CHOCOLATE CHIP



                                                  
Delicious recipe for mint ice cream and chocolate is here. The use of semi-skimmed milk makes ice lighter.

INGREDIENTS
  • 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 50 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 200 g chocolate chips

 
HOW TO MAKE
  • Combine milk, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add food color if desired.
  • Pour into ice cream maker.
  • About 10 minutes after having started the ice cream maker, stir in chocolate chips.
  • After the ice has started to harden (about 30 minutes), transverse all in a freezable container.
