Delicious recipe for mint ice cream and
chocolate is here. The use of semi-skimmed milk makes ice lighter.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 200 g of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 200 g chocolate chips
- Combine milk, cream, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and vanilla extract until the sugar dissolves.
- Add food color if desired.
- Pour into ice cream maker.
- About 10 minutes after having started the ice cream maker, stir in chocolate chips.
- After the ice has started to harden (about 30 minutes), transverse all in a freezable container.
