With the heat this sorbet is required of himself!
And even more so when we invited twenty people and we have forgotten that there are 2 watermelon slices in the fridge ...
INGREDIENTS
- 500g watermelon flesh
- 80g icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- In mug mix, mixed the flesh of the watermelon.
- Add the icing sugar and lemon.
- Chop the mint and add to mixture.
- Refrigerate about 1/2h then put in the ice cream maker if like me you are lucky enough to have one.
- Or use an icecream maker.
- You can also achieve this by simply putting sorbet in the freezer and stir the mixture regularly.
