WATERMELON SORBET MINT


                                                                      
With the heat this sorbet is required of himself!
And even more so when we invited twenty people and we have forgotten that there are 2 watermelon slices in the fridge ...
 


INGREDIENTS
  •  500g watermelon flesh
  •  80g icing sugar
  •  1 tablespoon lemon juice
  •  10 fresh mint leaves


DIRECTION
  • In mug mix, mixed the flesh of the watermelon. 
  • Add the icing sugar and lemon.
  • Chop the mint and add to mixture.
  • Refrigerate about 1/2h then put in the ice cream maker if like me you are lucky enough to have one.
  • Or use an icecream maker.
  • You can also achieve this by simply putting sorbet in the freezer and stir the mixture regularly.
