INGREDIENTS
- 500 g of prunes
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 large spoonful of mascarpone (Italian cream cheese that is soft and mild)
- 4 apricots
- 4 nectarines
- 1 handful of raspberries
DIRECTION
- Stew plums in a saucepan with a glass of water and sugar, cook for 15 minutes and cool.
- Remove the stones, add the mascarpone(Italian cream cheese that is soft and mild) and mix to get a result creamy.
- Pour into ice cream maker or a turbine for 40 minutes.
- Cut the nectarines and apricots into slices, arrange on four plates with raspberries.
- Form a ball in ice and have the center.
- Serve on without waiting!
