RED PLUMS ICECREAM WITH SOME FRUITS



                                                  
For 4 people


INGREDIENTS
  •    500 g of prunes
  •     3 tablespoons of sugar
  •     1 large spoonful of mascarpone (Italian cream cheese that is    soft and mild)
  •     4 apricots
  •     4 nectarines
  •     1 handful of raspberries


DIRECTION
  • Stew plums in a saucepan with a glass of water and sugar, cook for 15 minutes and cool.
  •  Remove the stones, add the mascarpone(Italian cream cheese that is soft and mild) and mix to get a result creamy.
  • Pour into ice cream maker or a turbine for 40 minutes.
  • Cut the nectarines and apricots into slices, arrange on four plates with raspberries.
  • Form a ball in ice and have the center.
  • Serve on without waiting!
