VEBENA ICE VELAY


                                                          
        
INGREDIENTS
  • 350 g of whole milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 90 g sugar
  • 60 g of milk powder
  • 130 g of liquid whipping cream
  • 1 packet of stabilizer (optional)
  • 1 pinch of green food coloring
  • 30 g of Velay Verbena Green (55 °)
 
DIRECTION
  • In a mixer, to the milk, yellow, sugar, milk powder, stabilizer and dye. Mix well.
  • Add the cream and refrigerate until the mixture is cold.
  • Add the alcohol gradually, without stopping maker, 5 minutes before the end
