INGREDIENTS
- 350 g of whole milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 90 g sugar
- 60 g of milk powder
- 130 g of liquid whipping cream
- 1 packet of stabilizer (optional)
- 1 pinch of green food coloring
- 30 g of Velay Verbena Green (55 °)
DIRECTION
- In a mixer, to the milk, yellow, sugar, milk powder, stabilizer and dye. Mix well.
- Add the cream and refrigerate until the mixture is cold.
- Add the alcohol gradually, without stopping maker, 5 minutes before the end
- It goes well with raspberries and red fruits in general.
