STRAWBERRY,PINEAPPLE AND BASIL SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tamarillo.
  • 280ml pineapple juice.
  • 40ml lemon juice.
  • 30ml milk.
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.
  • Grenadine syrup.

 DECORATION

  •  2 ripe
  •  1 strawberry
  •  1 slice of lemon
  •  1 slice of kumquat
  •  Black currant syrup
  •  Sugar

HOW TO MAKE


  • In a bowl put blackcurrant syrup, then reverse the edge of the glass into the syrup.
  • In a bowl, put the sugar, invert the glass into the sugar, although there turn to have around the blackcurrant syrup. Allow the glass back.
  • Prepare the skewer.
  • Cut the slice of lemon and kumquat, then split.
  • Prepare the cocktail: take the flesh of tamarillo and put in a blender with the sugar and lemon juice.  Possibly the filter preparation to remove the seeds Tamarillo.
  • Add the pineapple juice and milk and mix.
  • Pour this mixture into the glass and decorate: put the washers and a straw, then skewer, then ice if you want.
  • Then make a net sink of grenadine.
