LIGHT FRUIT SORBET


                                                         
Treat yourself without fear of calories! This dessert does not weigh much and yet it is a delight! The light fruit sorbet is an idea that will please everyone.

INGREDIENTS


  • 500 g of frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, pineapple or other)
  • 3 pots of cheese
  • 1 tablespoons of (natural sweetener without calories)
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice

 
HOW TO MAKE
  • Place all ingredients in a blender with ice crushing supporting and gives a delicious sorbet will be pleased to be joined chips or chocolate or a mint leaf or fruit thawed for a beautiful presentation !
