MATCHA TEA ICE CREAM





INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoons green tea powder
  • 100 g caster sugar about
  • 250 ml of liquid cream
  • 250 ml whole milk
  • 3 egg yolks


HOW TO MAKE
  • Book a little milk in a saucepan, boil the milk.
  • In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, whisk add the hot milk and whisk. Return mixture to saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Let cool.
  • In another bowl add remaining cold milk and green tea mix.
  • Gather all and put it in an ice cream maker and churn leave 30 minutes.
