LEMON ICE CREAM



                                                                        
INGREDIENTS

• 4 plain yogurts
• 6 limes
• 100 g cream lightened with 3% fat
a pinch of vanilla powder
• 8 c. tablespoon powdered sweetener


HOW TO MAKE

  • Take a  large bowl in the freezer for it is cold at the time of employment.
  • Wash the lemons.
  • Grate the zest of 4 lemons and squeeze them.
  • Pour the yogurt into the bowl very cold.  
  • Add the sweetener and cream and beat with an electric mixer.
  • Add the zest and lemon juice
  • Mix and make into ice cream maker.
  • Before the ice is completely taken, pack it down into a mold.
  • Reserve in freezer at least 1 hour.
  • To serve dip bottom of pan in cold water and unmold on a serving dish cold.  
  • Garnish with slices of lime.
  • If you do not have an ice cream maker:
  • If no ice cream maker, place the bowl in the freezer
  • After 1 hour, working with whisk in hand to prevent the formation of flakes.
