SMOOTHIE MANGO AND COCONUT BREADED SHRIMP WITH COCONUT
Makes 2 large or 4 small glasses:
INGREDIENTS AND MAKING
Mix a ripe mango and 200 ml of coconut milk.
2 Peel shrimp jar. Brown them in a little
olive oil and breading the grated coconut and then spit.
Serve fresh smoothie with skewered shrimp.
