SMOOTHIE MANGO AND COCONUT BREADED SHRIMP WITH COCONUT



Makes 2 large or 4 small glasses:
 
INGREDIENTS AND MAKING
  • Mix a ripe mango and 200 ml of coconut milk.
  • 2 Peel shrimp jar. Brown them in a little
  • olive oil and breading the grated coconut and then spit.
  • Serve fresh smoothie with skewered shrimp.
