INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 2 oranges
- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 200ml milk 3 tablespoon agave syrup (you can substitute sugar or a little honey)
- Unsweetened natural yoghurt 2
DIRECTION
- Peel bananas and cut into pieces, peel the oranges and put them into quarters, put the fruit in the bowl and mix 1 minute speed 10.
- Put the remaining ingredients and blend again 1 minute speed 10.
- Pour into a pitcher and chill 1 hour before serving .
