CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM WOTHOUT COOKING

                                                                             

Want to simplify, we have prepared an easy chocolate ice cream without egg yolks.Ice recipe for about 8 people


INGREDIENTS

• 450 g of thick cream
• 25 cl of skim milk
• 170 g cooking chocolate grated
• 100 g fine sugar
• 5 drops of vanilla extract

HOW TO MAKE

• In a blender, combine chocolate and milk together until frothy, then add the cream, vanilla extract and sugar.  
• Blend again.Place in your ice cream maker and let it churn.
