GREEK ICED COFFEE


                                                    
Preparation time: 5 minutes SERVE 1


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  •  About 20 ounces of cool water
  •  ice
  •  Sugar to taste
 
HOW TO MAKE
  • Put coffee, water and ice cubes in a shaker
  • Add powdered sugar to taste. 
  • Shake well until the very presence of stiff foam.
  • Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
