INGREDIENTS
- 1 to 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- About 20 ounces of cool water
- ice
- Sugar to taste
- Put coffee, water and ice cubes in a shaker.
- Add powdered sugar to taste.
- Shake well until the very presence of stiff foam.
- Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
