SUNDAES WITH BERRIES

INGREDIENTS
Serves: 6

300 g of frozen red fruit cocktail
125 g raspberries
250 g strawberries
3 tablespoons cream
1 tablespoon of cream of blackberries
1/2 liter of ice dimond shape


HOW TO MAKE

 

  • Put the frozen berries in a bowl, sprinkle them with cream and let them thaw at room temperature. 
  • Wash the strawberries quickly, drain, hull them and slice them into thick strips. 
  • Mix fruit with thawed strawberries and raspberries. 
  • Form balls of ice and drop them into 6 dessert cups. 
  • Divide the fruit mixture around and serve immediately.
