VIOLET ICE CREAM



INGREDIENTS
  • 30 ml milk
  • 20 ml kind of whipping cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 8o ml of syrup of violets quality
  • 20 g sugar


DIRECTION
  • Combine milk and cream.
  • Heat to boiling limit.
  • Meanwhile, put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
  • Whisk until the mixture whitens.
  • Add syrup and mix.
  • Pour mixture over the milk / cream and mix thoroughly heated.
  • Return to saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring, until slightly thickened it should coat the spoon.
  • Back into the bowl, let cool and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
