- 30 ml milk
- 20 ml kind of whipping cream
- 4 egg yolks
- 8o ml of syrup of violets quality
- 20 g sugar
DIRECTION
- Combine milk and cream.
- Heat to boiling limit.
- Meanwhile, put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.
- Whisk until the mixture whitens.
- Add syrup and mix.
- Pour mixture over the milk / cream and mix thoroughly heated.
- Return to saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring, until slightly thickened it should coat the spoon.
- Back into the bowl, let cool and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
