THIS
ICE CREAM IS WITHOUT EGGS AND SUGAR
INGREDIENTS
- 150 gr of white chocolate
- 240 ml of milk
- 125ml double cream whipped up in (I took the lighter, so no increase in whipped cream and I have not seen any difference)
HOW
TO MAKE
- Heat the milk in a saucepan.
- Meanwhile, break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl.
- Pour the hot milk over and stir well to melt chocolate.
- Let cool completely then add the cream.
- Put in ice cream maker.
- Once the ice is made, pour it into a container or a supporting low temperature and then freeze it at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
