WHITE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

THIS ICE CREAM IS WITHOUT EGGS AND SUGAR

INGREDIENTS
  • 150 gr of white chocolate
  • 240 ml of milk
  • 125ml double cream whipped up in (I took the lighter, so no increase in whipped cream and I have not seen any difference)

HOW TO MAKE

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan.
  • Meanwhile, break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl.
  • Pour the hot milk over and stir well to melt chocolate.
  • Let cool completely then add the cream.
  • Put in ice cream maker.
  • Once the ice is made, pour it into a container or a supporting low temperature and then freeze it at least 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
