INGREDIENTS
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 20 g f cream
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- Heat the coconut milk and cream, avoiding boiling.
- Whisk sugar and yolks.
- Pour mixture milk / cream to the yolks and mix.
- Return to saucepan over medium heat, and stir until the glaze.
- Remove from pan and cool. Churn.
