COCONUT ICE CREAM



Coconut ice is a classic sweet made for cake stalls, school fundraisers and fetes. This coconut ice recipe is easy to make, very pink and delicious to eat. Here is the recipe of coconut ice cream.




INGREDIENTS
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 20 g f cream
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks


DIRECTION 
  • Heat the coconut milk and cream, avoiding boiling.
  • Whisk sugar and yolks.
  • Pour mixture milk / cream to the yolks and mix.
  • Return to saucepan over medium heat, and stir until the glaze.
  • Remove from pan and cool. Churn.
