INGREDIENTS
- 1 punnet of raspberries
- 1/2 to 1/4 punnet of strawberries
- few currants (keep for decoration)
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 40g sugar
HOW TO MAKE
- The day before, place fruit in freezer.
- At the last minute, mix all ingredients.
- Form the balls and then add a few currants.
- Serve immediately, the ice is smooth and creamy, soft, just right.
