VELEVETY CHOCOLATA ICE CREAM RECIPE




INGREDIENTS
  • 125 g sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa quality
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 60 ml of whipping cream
  • 50g grated dark chocolate


DIRECTION
  • In a bowl, mix cocoa and sugar.
  • Add the egg yolks and mix with electric mixer.
  • Add the cream gradually, while continuing to beat.
  • Reserve in refrigerator.
  • Meanwhile, grate the dark chocolate with a hand grater or food processor.
  • Pour in the cream.
  • Divide into ice cube trays and freeze.
