INGREDIENTS
- 125 g sugar
- 5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa quality
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 60 ml of whipping cream
- 50g grated dark chocolate
DIRECTION
- In a bowl, mix cocoa and sugar.
- Add the egg yolks and mix with electric mixer.
- Add the cream gradually, while continuing to beat.
- Reserve in refrigerator.
- Meanwhile, grate the dark chocolate with a hand grater or food processor.
- Pour in the cream.
- Divide into ice cube trays and freeze.
