FALSE GIANT CHOCOLATE ICE MINT





INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE
  • 1 pack yoghurt
  • 3 eggs.
  • 2 jars of flour.
  • 2 pots of sugar.
  • 1/2 pot of oil.
  • 1/2 packet of yeast.
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
FOR DECORATION
  • 400g icing sugar.
  • 120gr dark chocolate.
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons mint syrup.
  • 20g of butter.
  • Pearl sugar silver.

 
DIRECTION
  • Preheat oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
  • Pour the yogurt in pot and add the other ingredients.
  • Whisk to blend.
  • Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold cooked for 30mn.
  • Let cool and cut one end slightly rounded with a knife a long rectangle in falls to the stick.
  • Mix the mint syrup and icing sugar until a pale green icing fluid.
  • Cover the cake, and then let it dry.
  • Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave with the butter.
  • Smooth with a spatula, brush in the upper third cake and stick, and then decorate with sugar pearls silver.
