WATERMELON SORBET IN (thermomix or not)




FOR 6-8 people
INGREDIENTS

  • 500G flesh of watermelon
  • 1 unwaxed lemon
  • 80 g sugar sweetener equivalent OR
  • 1 egg white


HOW TO MAKE

  • Cut the watermelon flesh and put into the freezer.
  • Put frozen watermelon, sugar and lemon juice in the bowl of TM, mixer 15s/vit 9 (help with the spatula).  
  • Add egg white and mix 10s / lives 5.  
  • For a creamier sorbet, insert the beaters and mixing 6s/vit 2.
  •  Spoon into bowls and serve soon.
WITHOUT THERMOMIX
  • Watermelon cut into pieces. put it in a food processor or blender with the sugar and lemon juice.  
  • Mixer for obetnir texture fine enough. 
  •  Pour into ice cream maker and churn to 30 min.  
  • Pour into ice cube trays and freeze pdt at least 3 hours before serving.
