FOR 6-8 people
INGREDIENTS
- 500G flesh of watermelon
- 1 unwaxed lemon
- 80 g sugar sweetener equivalent OR
- 1 egg white
HOW TO MAKE
- Cut the watermelon flesh and put into the freezer.
- Put frozen watermelon, sugar and lemon juice in the bowl of TM, mixer 15s/vit 9 (help with the spatula).
- Add egg white and mix 10s / lives 5.
- For a creamier sorbet, insert the beaters and mixing 6s/vit 2.
- Spoon into bowls and serve soon.
- Watermelon cut into pieces. put it in a food processor or blender with the sugar and lemon juice.
- Mixer for obetnir texture fine enough.
- Pour into ice cream maker and churn to 30 min.
- Pour into ice cube trays and freeze pdt at least 3 hours before serving.
