ICE IN THE Met MS THERMOMIX


ICE TRAY FOR 1 (1 liter)
INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 250g liquid cream (12% for me)
  • 1 package 45 g of Met MS


HOW TO MAKE
  • Put the yolks, milk and sugar in the bowl of TM. 
  •  Schedule 6 min 80 ° lives 3.
  • To stop the timer, add the cream and mix 7s lives 5.
  • Divide the custard in an ice cube tray or in a pan on a thin layer and place in the freezer when it has cooled for at least 12 hours.
  • Mixer M and MS (reserve some integer). reserve in a bowl.
  • Put the vanilla creme glacçons of the bowl. Adjust lives 1min 6.
  •  Add the bowl and put Ms Met 30s / vit6.
  • Insert the beaters and mix again live 20s 4.
  • Book UNTIL dessert in freezer.
