INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml of cream.
- A box of sweetened condensed milk.
- 200 g strawberry sauce.
- A strawberry yogurt.
- Hulls of meringues and mint leaves.
DIRECTION
- Whip the cream until firm; continue beating, adding gradually the sweetened condensed milk, yoghurt and strawberry coulis.
- Pour into an ice cream maker.
- Allow to chill in the freezer overnight.
- To serve, put a scoop of ice at the bottom of the shell and garnish with mint leaves.
