ICE CREAM STRAWBERRY PAVOLA WAY RECIPE





INGREDIENTS
  • 50 ml of cream.
  • A box of sweetened condensed milk.
  • 200 g strawberry sauce.
  • A strawberry yogurt.
  • Hulls of meringues and mint leaves.


DIRECTION 
  • Whip the cream until firm; continue beating, adding gradually the sweetened condensed milk, yoghurt and strawberry coulis.
  • Pour into an ice cream maker.
  • Allow to chill in the freezer overnight.
  • To serve, put a scoop of ice at the bottom of the shell and garnish with mint leaves.
