INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons green tea powder
- 100 g caster sugar about
- 250 ml of liquid cream
- 250 ml whole milk
- 3 egg yolks
DIRECTION
- Book a little milk in a saucepan, boil the milk.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, whisk add the hot milk and whisk. Return mixture to saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Let cool.
- In another bowl add remaining cold milk and green tea mix.
- Gather all and put it in an ice cream maker and churn leave 30 minutes
