ALMOND MILK ICE CREAM RECIPE





INGREDIENTS
  • 40 ml of almond milk
  • 20 ml of cream full
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 4 egg yolks


DIRECTION
  • Blanch the egg yolk with sugar until mixture is frothy.
  • Boil the almond milk and pour the mixture over the egg / sugar, stirring with a wooden spatula.
  • Put it all on fire and heat to 83 ° max.
  • Let cool then add the cream.
  • Place the preparation in the fridge for at least 2 h and then serve.
