CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS
250 g butter
500 g of powdered
sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla
extract
4 eggs, 250 g of
dark chocolate tablet
250 g of flour
150 g of chopped
nuts
DIRECTION
- Cut butter and chocolate into small pieces.

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan enamelled low
heat and add the butter. - Stir constantly.

In a large bowl, whisk together the
sugar and eggs.
- When the mixture is
foamy, add vanilla, melted chocolate and
mix.

Stir in the flour and gradually add the nuts.

A hollow plate oven,
covered with foil oiled, pour the dough in a single layer.

Cook about 30 minutes over medium heat.
- The middle of the dough should remain soft.

Cool and cut into squares of 4 to 5 cm side.
