CHOCOLATE BROWNIES





FOR ABOUT 70 PIECES

Preparation time: 20 minutes Cooking time: 30 minutes


INGREDIENTS

250 g butter
500 g of powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
4 eggs, 250 g of dark chocolate tablet
250 g of flour
150 g of chopped nuts

DIRECTION


  • Cut butter and chocolate into small pieces.
  • Melt the chocolate in a saucepan enamelled low heat and add the butter. - Stir constantly.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs
  • When the mixture is foamy, add vanilla, melted chocolate and mix.
  • Stir in the flour and gradually add the nuts.
  • A hollow plate oven, covered with foil oiled, pour the dough in a single layer.
  • Cook about 30 minutes over medium heat.  
  • The middle of the dough should remain soft.
  • Cool and cut into squares of 4 to 5 cm side.
