WATERMELON SORBET MINT, RECIPE!



INGREDIENTS
  • 500g watermelon flesh,
  • 80g icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
 DIRECTION
  •  In my Magi mix, I mixed the flesh of the watermelon then added the icing sugar and lemon.
  • Chop the mint and add to mixture.
  • Refrigerate about 1/2h then put in the ice cream maker if like me you are lucky enough to have one (thank you Magimix!) Or use an ice cream maker. 
  • You can also achieve this by simply putting sorbet in the freezer and stir the mixture regularly.
