WATERMELON SORBET MINT, RECIPE!
INGREDIENTS
- 500g watermelon flesh,
- 80g icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
DIRECTION
- In my
Magi mix, I mixed the flesh of the watermelon then added the icing sugar and
lemon.
- Chop the mint and add to mixture.
- Refrigerate about 1/2h then put in the ice cream
maker if like me you are lucky enough to have one (thank you Magimix!) Or use
an ice cream maker.
- You can also achieve this by simply putting sorbet in the
freezer and stir the mixture regularly.
