MADELEINES AND ICESTRAWBERRY BASIL RECIPE




INGREDIENTS

  • 150 gm brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 gm flour
  • 1 / 2 packet of yeast
  • 100 gm salted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil with basil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 250 gm strawberries
  • 250 gm tomato
  • 100 gm sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • 25 ml whipping cream



DIRECTION

  • Whisk eggs and brown sugar.
  • Add the flour and yeast, then, while whisking, melted butter, oil and chopped basil.
  • Wash and hull the strawberries.
  • Mix with the basil.
  • Heat the cream with sugar until completely melted. Add the fruit puree and allow cooling.
  • Get caught in ice cream maker and freeze book.
  • Serve the ice, accompanied by small madeleine’s.
