INGREDIENTS
- 150 gm brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 150 gm flour
- 1 / 2 packet of yeast
- 100 gm salted butter melted
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil with basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 250 gm strawberries
- 250 gm tomato
- 100 gm sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 25 ml whipping cream
DIRECTION
- Whisk eggs and brown sugar.
- Add the flour and yeast, then, while whisking, melted butter, oil and chopped basil.
- Wash and hull the strawberries.
- Mix with the basil.
- Heat the cream with sugar until completely melted. Add the fruit puree and allow cooling.
- Get caught in ice cream maker and freeze book.
- Serve the ice, accompanied by small madeleine’s.
