PASSION FRUIT RECIPE






INGREDIENTS
  • For 3/4 liter of ice
  • 150 g of juice passion fruit
  • 1 lemon
  • 20 ml milk
  • 25 ml kind of whipping cream
  • 110 g of sugar
  • 4 egg yolks


DIRECTION 
  • Start by cutting the fruit in half and get all the pulp.
  • The grind a bit with the back of a spoon, and move to China to remove all seeds.
  • In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
  • The mixture should blanch.
  • Add the juice of passion fruit juice.
  • Mix.
  • Add cream, milk, and mix.
  • Put everything in a saucepan and heat over medium heat while stirring.
  • Remove from heat when the preparation is thickened and coats the spoon.
  • Book a night in the refrigerator.
