INGREDIENTS
- For 3/4 liter of ice
- 150 g of juice passion fruit
- 1 lemon
- 20 ml milk
- 25 ml kind of whipping cream
- 110 g of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
DIRECTION
- Start by cutting the fruit in half and get all the pulp.
