ITALIAN ICE EXPRESS TO THE APRICOT


FOR 1 PERSON
INGREDIENTS

  • 150g chopped apricots and frozen
  • 45g unsweetened condensed milk (blue, so 1/2 fat)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sweetener


 HOW TO MAKE

  • Put the condensed milk in the freezer for about 30 minutes before starting the preparation.
  • In the bowl of mt (or your usual robot) to the frozen apricots, the cold milk, sweetener and mix 10s/vit 6.  
  • Put the whip and mix 5s/vit 2 for a fruity ice texture Italian.
