BANANA ICE CREAM RECIPE



INGREDIENTS
  • 3 or 4 mashed bananas
  • A pot of heavy cream
  • Whipped cream
  • cocoa
  • Mint leaves 


DIRECTION
  • Mash bananas and mix with the heavy cream in a plastic bowl.
  • Put in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Out of the freezer and stir 3 teaspoons cocoa, then return to freezer.
  • Repeat four times, leaving the preparation in the freezer for an hour between each addition of cocoa.
  • With a spoon, fill small individual bowls and garnish with whipped cream, and possibly for even more of pace, with a mint leaf and 1 tablespoon cocoa.
