TIRAMASU ICE CREAM RECIPE



INGREDIENTS
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 25 ml milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 3 ml Amaretto
  • 4 ml of coffee strong enough
  • 5 biscuits

ICE CREAM FRIDAY WHOPPERS ICE CREAM



INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup (250 ml) half-and-half
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups (500 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup (90 g) malt powder (like Carnation)
  • 6 large egg yolk
  • 2 cups Whoppers (malted milk balls), coarsely chopped

ICECREAM NUTELLA RECIPE


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 jar of 250 grams of Nutella chocolate spread and hazelnut
  • 20 ml of cream
  • 30 ml milk
  • a little whipped cream 
  • Two bars of milk chocolate with hazelnuts.

BANANA SMOOTHIE AND COCONUT MILK


For 1 glass
INGREDIENTS
  •  2 bananas
  •  1 brick of coconut milk (20cl)
  •  Coconut shavings or shredded coconut (optional)

COCO BANANA SMOOTHIE ORANGE


INGREDIENTS
  • 1 banana
  • 2 oranges
  • 200 ml of coconut milk
  • 200ml milk 3 tablespoon agave syrup (you can substitute sugar or a little honey)

  • 200 g of candied ginger
  • 1 liter whole milk
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 200 gm of caster sugar
  • 100 gm of cream

  • 360 g of gingerbread
  • 20 g brown sugar
  • 40 ml milk
  • 30 ml of cream
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 3 egg yolks

LEMON SORBET WITH CREAM MAKER




INGREDIENTS
  • 250 g of caster sugar
  • 25 ounces of water
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 5 lemon juice, pressed
  • 1 egg white, beaten

VIOLET ICE CREAM



INGREDIENTS
  • 30 ml milk
  • 20 ml kind of whipping cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 8o ml of syrup of violets quality
  • 20 g sugar

ICE CREAM WITH BERRIES



INGREDIENTS
  • 200 g of fresh berries or thawed
  • 2 yogurts
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 2 egg whites
  • 75 g icing sugar

DIRECTION
  • Cut the fruit into puree using a blender.
  • Add the yogurt and sour cream.
  • Beat the egg whites of eggs until stiff, using an electric whisk.
  • Add the sugar gradually and beat 1 minute more.
  • Then fold them gently to the fruit mixture.
  • Pour the cream into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 3 hours. 









 

SUNDAES WITH BERRIES RECIPE




INGREDIENTS
  • 300 gm of frozen red fruit cocktail
  • 125 gm raspberries
  • 250 gm strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 1 tablespoon of cream of blackberries
  • 1/2 liter of ice caissons

MELON ICE RECIPE




INGREDIENTS
  • 2 large ripe melons and very sweet (about 700 g each, weighed integers)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 25 ml milk
  • 15 g of cream
  • 1 lemon

ICE STRAWBERRY YOGURT




INGREDIENTS
  • Natural yoghurt 4 0%
  • 450 g fresh strawberries mixed in mashed
  • 40 ml of sweetened condensed milk
  • 25 ml of skim milk
  • 1 dash of vanilla flavoring

COCO MANGO SMOOTHIE



Makes 2 large or 4 small glasses
 
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 banana
  • 4 very ripe kiwis
  • 2 oranges

HOW TO MAKE
  • Squeeze the oranges. 
  • Peel bananas and cut into slices. 
  • Peel the kiwis and cut them into cubes.
  • Put the slices of banana, kiwi pieces, the juice and pulp of oranges in the mixer bowl and mix to obtain a fruit puree. 
  • If the texture is too thick, add the juice of an orange.
  • Serve immediately.





































SMOOTHIE MANGO AND COCONUT BREADED SHRIMP WITH COCONUT



Makes 2 large or 4 small glasses:
 
INGREDIENTS AND MAKING
  • Mix a ripe mango and 200 ml of coconut milk.
  • 2 Peel shrimp jar. Brown them in a little
  • olive oil and breading the grated coconut and then spit.
  • Serve fresh smoothie with skewered shrimp.

  • 1 tamarillo.
  • 280ml pineapple juice.
  • 40ml lemon juice.
  • 30ml milk.

PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE


 2 cups 


SCLICE ORANGE APPLE KIWI SMOOTHIE



INGREDIENTS
  • 5 slices of pineapple
  • 1/4 liter of milk
  • 2 yogurts
  • pineapple aroma
  • sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup water

SMOOTHIE VITAMIN EXOTIC



INGREDIENTS
  • 2 apples
  • 2 kiwi
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 yogurt brazed

HOW TO MAKE

  • Cut the fruit into pieces, pour into blender add the honey, orange juice and yogurt mix for 1 minute.
  • Serve immediately.
