ICE CREAM WITH BERRIES
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of fresh berries or thawed
- 2 yogurts
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 2 egg whites
- 75 g icing sugar
DIRECTION
- Cut the fruit into puree using a blender.
- Add the yogurt and sour cream.
- Beat the egg whites of eggs until stiff, using an electric whisk.
- Add the sugar gradually and beat 1 minute more.
- Then fold them gently to the fruit mixture.
- Pour the cream into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 3 hours.

COCO MANGO SMOOTHIE
Makes 2 large or 4 small glasses
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 4 very ripe kiwis
- 2 oranges
- Squeeze the oranges.
- Peel bananas and cut into slices.
- Peel the kiwis and cut them into cubes.
- Put the slices of banana, kiwi pieces, the juice and pulp of oranges in the mixer bowl and mix to obtain a fruit puree.
- If the texture is too thick, add the juice of an orange.
- Serve immediately.
