INGREDIENTS
- 40ml of cream thick
- 3 fresh eggs
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3cs icing sugar
- 120gm white chocolate pastry
- Whisk the egg yolks with the brown sugar, cream and melted chocolate
- Fit the egg whites with a pinch of salt
- When the farm well add the icing sugar and mix again
- Add the egg whites to the previous direction gently do not break the white and obtain a homogeneous mixture
- Put in a silicone mold or in a tray from the freezer and let it take 3 hours minimum
- Enjoy faster because it melts faster this heat!
