WHITE CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM NO ICE CREAM MAKER



 INGREDIENTS
  • 40ml of cream thick
  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3cs icing sugar
  • 120gm white chocolate pastry

DIRECTION
  • Whisk the egg yolks with the brown sugar, cream and melted chocolate
  • Fit the egg whites with a pinch of salt
  • When the farm well add the icing sugar and mix again
  • Add the egg whites to the previous direction gently do not break the white and obtain a homogeneous mixture
  • Put in a silicone mold or in a tray from the freezer and let it take 3 hours minimum
  • Enjoy faster because it melts faster this heat!
