COCONUT ICE CREAM



FOR 1 LITER OF ICE

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
  • 300ml whipping cream
  • 200g granulated sugar
  • 100grs of shredded coconut and mixed
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered food coloring white


DIRECTION
  • In a saucepan over low heat coconut milk and cream without boiling.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, put the egg yolks and sugar and mix until fluffy direction.
  • Pour the coconut milk mixture and warm cream over the eggs, mix and put everything in the pot.
  • Making new cook, stirring often with a whisk until custard
  • Stir in coconut mixed.
  • Cool and put in an ice cream maker.
  • To mix 30 minutes.
  • Pour into a pan and bring to freeze at least 1 hour.
  • Make balls using an ice cream scoop and sprinkle with colored sugar.
