INGREDIENTS
- 1 can coconut milk (400ml)
- 300ml whipping cream
- 200g granulated sugar
- 100grs of shredded coconut and mixed
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered food coloring white
DIRECTION
- In a saucepan over low heat coconut milk and cream without boiling.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, put the egg yolks and sugar and mix until fluffy direction.
- Pour the coconut milk mixture and warm cream over the eggs, mix and put everything in the pot.
- Making new cook, stirring often with a whisk until custard
- Stir in coconut mixed.
- Cool and put in an ice cream maker.
- To mix 30 minutes.
- Pour into a pan and bring to freeze at least 1 hour.
- Make balls using an ice cream scoop and sprinkle with colored sugar.
