INGREDIENTS
- 500gm fresh figs violets
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 50gm of sugar
- 20 ml of water
- 1 egg white
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
DIRECTION
- Start by washing the figs, cut into 4.
- In a saucepan pour the water 20ml, figs, "sugars" and half a lemon.
- Cook small fires twenty minutes.
- Once cooked, cool the direction.
- Meanwhile the rise white until stiff and set aside to cool.
- Once the direction is cooled, mix in a blender.
- Put this mixture into the ice cream maker and churn to 15/20 minutes, remove when the consistency has thickened.
- Pour into a pan, add the egg white until stiff and stir gently to mix everything together and put in freezer for 2 hours. Excellent tasting.
