INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CAKE
- 1 pack yoghurt
- 3 eggs.
- 2 jars of flour.
- 2 pots of sugar.
- 1/2 pot of oil.
- 1/2 packet of yeast.
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar.
FOR DECORATION
- 400g icing sugar.
- 120gr dark chocolate.
- 2 to 3 tablespoons mint syrup.
- 20g of butter.
- Pearl sugar silver.
DIRECTION
- Preheat oven gas mark 6 (180 ° C).
- Pour the yogurt in pot and add the other ingredients.
- Whisk to blend.
- Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold cooked for 30min return it on a board.
- Let cool and cut one end slightly rounded with a knife a long rectangle in falls to the stick.
- Mix the mint syrup and icing sugar until a pale green icing fluid.
- Cover the cake, and then let it dry.
- Chop the chocolate and melt it in the microwave with the butter.
