INGREDIENTS
- 750 ml of milk
- 250 g cream
- 4 bananas
- 60 g sugar
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Pour this mixture into the ice cream maker and let churn until the texture suits you (for me, 60 min).
- Serve immediately if you want ice cream or put in a suitable container in the freezer and let harden the ice a few extra hours
