BANANA ICE CREAM



INGREDIENTS
  • 750 ml of milk
  • 250 g cream
  • 4 bananas
  • 60 g sugar
HOW TO MAKE
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. 
  • Pour this mixture into the ice cream maker and let churn until the texture suits you (for me, 60 min).
  • Serve immediately if you want ice cream or put in a suitable container in the freezer and let harden the ice a few extra hours
