MILO ICE CREAM RECIPE




INGREDIENTS

  • 450 ml of milk
  • 5 cases of Milo
  • 30g sugar
  • 70 ml of liquid whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 egg yolks


DIRECTION
  • In a saucepan, heat milk and Milo to dissolve well.
  • Beat the yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens.
  • Add the cornstarch.
  • Pour the milk slightly warm but not hot on the above mixture while stirring, then return to pot.
  • Mix on low heat until mixture thickens.
  • Remove from heat and add the cream and mix well.
  • Let cool before disposing in the preparation costs for a few hours.
  • Caught in ice cream maker.
