INGREDIENTS
- 450 ml of milk
- 5 cases of Milo
- 30g sugar
- 70 ml of liquid whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 3 egg yolks
DIRECTION
- In a saucepan, heat milk and Milo to dissolve well.
- Beat the yolks and sugar until the mixture whitens.
- Add the cornstarch.
- Pour the milk slightly warm but not hot on the above mixture while stirring, then return to pot.
- Mix on low heat until mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and add the cream and mix well.
- Let cool before disposing in the preparation costs for a few hours.
- Caught in ice cream maker.
